Six years ago, Kavita and Jason met on their first day at work. After a few years of a wonderful friendship, love blossomed and they tied the knot!
The day started with light rain, turning the planned outdoor wedding into an indoor one. The Allied Arts Guild had an indoor space for Kavita and Jason to have their traditional Hindu ceremony. The sun came out just in time for portraits around the beautiful gardens. According to old superstitions, their marriage is truly blessed.

We loved our wedding pics and Angie’s working style. A big plus for us was sitting down with her to go over our needs. She spent almost an entire day at our venue a few weeks before the wedding to scope out locations and lighting. The other thing we liked was the ease with which we could communicate and the promptness of Angie’s responses. On our wedding day, we had put a couple of friends and family members in charge of rounding up the guests for pictures. She, and her team, did a great job of contacting these individuals before the wedding and aligning everything. The end results were amazing. Kavita & Jason
It was fate when Margie’s sister met Henry at a bridal fair. His sample wedding cakes were so good she made an appointment with him. After leaving the appointment, she called Margie and told her, “I met the perfect guy for you!”
It took a year or so before Henry and Margie had their first date at Starbucks. Henry never thought he would ever find the perfect woman for him. Little did he know, Margie’s sister and his former client, was his connection to the love of his life. He found love when and where he least expected it. And so did Margie.
Since the wedding was in Maui, Henry did not bake his own wedding cake. Diamond Resort prepared one almost as good as Henry’s. If you want to sample his cakes, make an appointment at Tucker’s Ice Cream in Alameda, California. Oh yes, you read it right: ice cream and cake = ice cream cake. He makes those and cupcakes, too!

Today we live in an era where social networks span over the internet. Our circles of friends overlap or bump into each other as we accept Friend Requests online. Fate would have Gargi and Anand find love through one of their mutual friends on the original social network giant – Friendster!
In the Digital Age, cultural and religious traditions are still important rites of passage. Gargi’s wedding events and ceremonies started 2 days before the main wedding day. Her parents hosted these intimate gatherings at their home. Many family and friends gave their talent and time to create a beautiful ambiance.
